Client Services

For custom development or issue-fixing services:

1. Terms, pricing, timelines, and ownership are defined separately
2. GameGaze Studio is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms (Unity, Google, Apple)

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameGaze Studio is not liable for:

1. Loss of data or revenue
2. Device or software issues
3. Service interruptions
4. Third-party service failures

Use of services is at your own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services if these Terms are violated.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international business and digital service laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
